As consumers, we rightly expect corporations and companies to take the much needed steps to reduce their impact on the environment. Whilst we have already made many changes at home, it’s frustrating to know that big companies are still creating 90% of all single-use plastics and producing them in a way that damages our environment. They still refuse to listen to the wants and needs of their customers.

The large plastic bottle of laundry detergent we are so used to seeing in our home became a big issue for us. It helped drive our mission to find a plastic-free, lightweight solution to traditional laundry detergents. With predictions from National Geographic that the plastic flow into our oceans could triple by 2040 without drastic action, we all know that a change must be made.

Traditional laundry detergents, in bulky plastic packaging, are predominately water, with a smaller number of active ingredients added, and that’s why we knew there had to be a better way; the existing model wasn’t making sense!

We’ve utilised existing technology to turn liquid laundry detergent into solid dissolvable strips with fewer chemicals. Using a predominately plant-derived formula and with zero plastic packaging. By reducing the volume and increasing the concentration of our eco laundry strips, we have vastly reduced the resources needed to produce and transport them from our facility to your door.
